Peacock - C'est Dimanche Roma Dress

My second C'est Dimanche Roma Dress for Clementine is made from lovely Peacock fabric I found in Spotlight (so I am not sure of it's proper name!). I made a wider belt for her dress and she tied it in a great big bow at the back before her adventure!
