Vintage Twirl Skirts

After making the Vintage Twirl Dresses  I had a pink strip left over. It was meant to be the bottom of Amelie's dress but it made them too long, so I promised her I would make it into a skirt!

So these became the second garment in the Summer series of clothes:

With the yellow section, I used a pre-gathered strip from a dress of mine - I don't like how it turned out but not enough to change it! Amelie noticed the minimised twirl instantly but got over it pretty quickly!
