A Ghastlie Skirt

I have finally cut into my Ghastlies fabric and made my self a skirt!

I used the Note Taking Skirt pattern from Sewing in No Man's Land but found that:

1. I didn't have enough fabric to make a super long tie which I would have preferred.

2. For my body type I should change the style a bit to create a fuller skirt...although in saying that I do love the kind of 90's vibe this skirt is giving off and might save it for work as opposed to casual wear.

If I make it again I will have a longer tie, fuller skirt and extend the waistband so it goes all the way around!
